Company Background
Lang Roofing is owned and operated by Mark and Peggy Lang of Spokane Washington. A native of Spokane and a graduate of California Occidental College, Mark worked in financial services for eight years before learning the roofing business from the ground up. A firm believer in "hands on" experience, Mark learned the trade skills as an applicator for a general contractor. Soon Mark was working in sales and production management, helping that company to experience a 400% growth.
Wanting to provide Spokane with an honest, professional, licensed residential roofing contractor, Mark and Peggy first set up shop in the basement of their home in 1994 and Lang Roofing was born. Five years later, Lang Roofing operates from a corporate office at 1301 East Pacific and has become known as "The" name in Spokane for all residential roofing needs. You can see our sign from the Hamilton Street overpass!

Lang Roofing realizes that when you contract work to be performed on your home you're not just "fixing up the place," you're making an investment in your property. With daily inspections, Lang Roofing strives to ensure each project we undertake, from a minor repair to a major re-roof, is completed in the most professional manner possible to product manufacturers specification. Lang Roofing is properly licensed and bonded for your protection. At Lang Roofing, we believe if a job is worth doing, its worth doing right---the first time, every time.
Each job done under the Lang Roofing name is properly permitted and is inspected not once, but twice by local building inspectors. This assures you, as a customer that only top quality materials and superior workmanship are going into your individual project.
Your home is your castle and you put a lot of hard work into it. Lang Roofing incorporates thorough clean up detail into each and every job. Your decking, shrubs, flowerbeds, etc., will be protected to the greatest possible extent. All yard areas around your home are raked with magnets to remove as many stray nails as possible and your gutter work is cleared of any debris before we leave your project site.
Before reaching your door, employees of Lang Roofing have been informed as to how we can be of the least inconvenience to you as possible. Perhaps there is a possibility of small children and pets walking through your yard near the job site, or maybe you need certain parts of the day a little quieter than others. We do everything possible to ensure you and your neighbors' peace of mind. Employee use of loud radios and offensive language is prohibited by Lang Roofing.
Watching a new roof being installed is fascinating to small children! From the tear off crews removal of the old roofing, to the supply trucks loading materials onto the roof deck, to the applicators laying the new shingles, a roofing project is a magnet for young, curious eyes. Unfortunately, as with any construction site, it is too dangerous to allow our young fans to get too close to the excitement. However, feel free to ask our employees where a safe observation point, away from the safety awareness zone, may be. Ask questions! Our crews are professionals who love what they are doing and enjoy sharing their craft.
